The woman was in the car with her 7-year-old son when she pulled into the West Main Street parking lot around 8:30 a.m. Jan 6, the outlet says citing the affidavit.
She stopped her car when a red Ford Focus swerved towards her, the affidavit says.
"What are you doing?" she said to the driver, raising her arms.
After she parked her car, the red Ford Focus -- driven by Matthew Fox -- backed into the parking space adjacent to hers, the news outlet reports.
As the woman and her son got out of the car, Fox, brought his phone to the window and showed her a pornographic video of a woman performing oral sex on a man, NorthPennNow says citing police.
The woman apparently told police that Fox also had his right hand in his unzipped pants.
"You're disgusting," the woman apparently said to Fox, who replied by smiling at her, NorthPennNow says.
Fox contacted police two days after the incident denying parking next to the woman, but admitting that his car matched the description police obtained through surveillance footage, the outlet says.
Fox denied holding his phone up to the window and having his pants unzipped, but did say a woman was pointing and yelling at him, NorthPennNow says.
The license plate that Fox denied to provide to police matched the one in surveillance footage and led to a guilty plea on March 12 to one misdemeanor count of open lewdness, for which he was sentenced one year of probation and a $250 fine, the outlet says citing court records.
Fox was also ordered to undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation as part of his sentence by Common Pleas Judge William Carpenter and is prohibited from having contact with the woman and visiting the Starbucks location.
